Hi all,
Is it possible to use a button on your report that then automatically goes through the steps of exporting a table (which has been defined by filters, etc) to a PDF or Excel file?
I know that I can do this manually, but was trying to automate the process to allow for a more user friendly approach.
Thanks!
Hi @Anonymous,
Did you familiar with programming languages?
If that is the case, I'd like to suggest you deploy an API/service that invokes the export rest API with required values and binding the API/service URL to the button actions. (API URL + API parameters sent as query string format)
Regards,
Xiaoxin Sheng
@Anonymous,
It is possible with Power Automate. Please refer to the below documents,

Thanks - they look like good solutions, but I am not sure we have the right level of membership for them to work effectively as a part of PowerBI.
If you have recently started exploring Fabric, we'd love to hear how it's going. Your feedback can help with product improvements.
