User wants to upload / paste a list with products

Is it possible, to create a model in this way, that e user can upload or paste a list of product IDs to filter some special products?

Yes, the PBI Service. So I create a basic list in Excel an load it up in Sharepoint, where everybody could use it?

You want to use Power BI Service, right?
You have to use a external source like Sharepoint or Excel (in onedrive). Than the structure of the table has to be fix in Excel.
