Hi I am set two parameter ,one is indicating month, another is indicating day. How can I avoid Novermber 31 or Feburary 31?

You seem to be using the what-if argument, which usually appears as a variable in the formula for the measure.
You may consider creating a new calendar table in the model and using the [month] and [day] fields in it to create the slicer.
