Use a table created with SUMMARIZE with Python

Hello!

I have created a virtual table with SUMMARIZE but I can't use it with transform with Python Script, it's not callable and it's invisible.

Is there a way to modify that SUMMARIZE table to become a normal table  and then use it in Python scripts?

Thank you very much

Hi, @PhilCh

I'm afraid not. To prepare and run a Python script in Power BI Desktop, there are a few limitations:

  • Nested tables aren't supported.

For reference:

Run Python scripts in Power BI Desktop - Power BI | Microsoft Learn
