Hello,
I have a report with a dataset containing a column with values:
True
False
Other
I wish to create a filter with values:
True = True + Other
False = False + Other
any suggestions would be highly appreciated,

If you are planning to use the filter on a measure you ca use the following:
Measure = CALCULATE(SUM('Table'[Value]), 'Table'[ColumnName]="TRUE" || 'Table'[ColumnName]="Other")

You should be able to do that in the Filters area of your visual (or report or page). If you want a DAX filter, that would be:
FILTER('Table',[Column]="True" || [Column]="Other")
