Uploading Hyperlink

I am trying to upload a hyperlink by scraping a HTML site.  I can do this in Excel using Full HTML Formatting option. When I try to do this in PowerBI, I simply get a text of the hyperlink "name" and not the path.  Any suggestions on how to upload the path?

Let me provide example for clarification:

let
    Source = Web.Page(Web.Contents("http://clerk.house.gov/evs/2017/index.asp")),
    Data0 = Source{0}[Data],
    #"Changed Type" = Table.TransformColumnTypes(Data0,{{"Roll", Int64.Type}, {"Date", type date}, {"Issue", type text}, {"Question", type text}, {"Result", type text}, {"Title/Description", type text}})
in
    #"Changed Type"

The "Issue" values have hyperlinks (http://clerk.house.gov/evs/2017/index.asp), but come through as text and the link is lost.

I do not know what you mean by "upload" a hyperlink, but try going to the Modeling tab and changing the Data Category for the relevant field to Web URL.
