Unmatched values as blank

Hi everybody, I have a big strange problem...

Usually, when I link my fact table with my dimension table, usually not all values match. This is normal.
And usually, when I create a visual with my measure and my dimensions from my dimension table, all the non-matched values end into a "blank" category with my measure showed.

I tried this with a new table which is on an sql server located on a customer's server (this is the only difference I noticed with all the other tables in my report) and my blank category disappears. The total is the whole total, and this is ok, but it doesn't show me my blank category.
Is it possible that it depends on the fact that the table is located on another server or there may be a setup I didn't take into account?

I will soon, but in the meantime I discovered something new: switching from "direct query" to "import" it suddenly works, while with direct query it doesn't so there must be a problem in the connection.

With the dimension table located in my sql server I got the empty dimension both with direct query and with import mode, while with the dimension table located on my customer's sql server it works only with the import mode.

I'll share sample data asap,

As you can see, no difference between them. Same type of relationship

What's the 'vpv_val_ic' in the table? It looks like different between these two tables. I must say I didn't quite understand the screenshoots you shared. Please show more details.

Hi,

vpv_val_ic is the income measure. What changes between the two visuals I shared is the dimension I put into.

What kind of detail do you need? Thanks.

@BossCo ,Can you share sample data and sample output in table format? Or a sample pbix after removing sensitive data.

@BossCo , In case your fact has values that are not present in dimension, you will see them by default. Default in such case if right join .
