Understanding datamart RLS

We are exploring PowerBi datamart for our datamart requirement.
I have some area to explore

1: connect datamart/shared dataset programmatically. can we connect from c# (any throttling rate limit issues)
2: Security: Looks like RLS in datamart has some issues. I created a role and assigned it to user, in power bi studio its working mostly. but when user accessing datamarts shared dataset from Sql server management studio or powerbi, RLS doesnt applied. user can see all data
3: version control : is there a way to add datamart in version controls like Git so that team can collab and deploy in different enviornment

Hi @astiw ,

Row-level security (RLS) can be used to restrict data access for specified users to a datamart. Filters restrict data access at the row level, and you can define filters within roles. In the Power BI service, members of a workspace have access to datamarts in the workspace, and RLS doesn't restrict such data access.

Here are blogs about Azure DevOps but the flow is same for github, maybe you can reference them.
