Possible to create a visual with non-mutually exclusive groups?

Hey there:

I have an unduplicated table that spans a five year period (2018-2022) for individual enrollment in a program. My goal is to be able to create a visual with the following:

Y axis: Number of Individuals enrolled in program

X axis: Calendar Years: 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022

Values: Count of Individuals

Most grouping functions and custom colums will not allow for 'overlap' between groups, in other words if a person was enrolled in the program in 2018, 2019, and 2020, they would only be counted once in a single year.

is there a way to force PBI to count a single row/individual multiple times if said individual meets mutliple criteria?

Thanks!

    Hi Anonymous ,

Maybe you can use measure to group them, the measure can change dynamically, and could you provide some sample data or picture, then i can provide more information.

    Best Regards!
