Unable to connect to Oracle Database

I am having the folllowing error connecting to Oracle database form Power BI: An error occurred while reading from provider. TNS DirectoryTNS DirectoryOracleconnect Error Page.PNGTns DetailsTns DetailsError on POwer BIError on POwer BI

 

Your kind help will be appreciated.

Please check if you have installed the Oracle client software properly according to this article: Installing the Oracle client.
