When i have two slicers 1. Range of dates and select this range the 2nd slicer not see all data but that exists,

Please check if there are some filter on this slicer. filter pane -> filter on this visual.
2 If the field in slicer from different table with the field in table visual. please let them from the same table or edit the relationship between these table and change cross filter direction is both.

@MiguelSicGTA , Not very clear. Usually, range slicers do not get limited by the selection of another slicer. But if the list slicer is from the same table as the date, then it should filter or reduce the values in slicer.
Else you can use a measure from fact and echek for non blank value to filter the slicer
