Turnaround Time

I'm looking to calculate average turnaround time in my dataset but need help in adding a criteria to only calculate based off a distinct column called (Request Description)

My turnaround time formula is

Turnaround Time = DateDIFF('Tracker'[Request Received On],'Tracker'[Completed Date], DAY) which breaks out the number of days

Right now my dataset has duplicate descriptions so when I do an average of these days it isn't accurate turnaround time since there are multiple of the same rows for each request 

I have 29 unique requests and am hoping to calc out:
average turnaround time for only these 29. Any help would be much appreciated!

AverageTurnaroundTime =
VAR DistinctRequests = DISTINCT('Tracker'[Request Description])
RETURN
AVERAGEX(
DistinctRequests,
CALCULATE(
DATEDIFF('Tracker'[Request Received On], 'Tracker'[Completed Date], DAY)
)
)
