This needs to be transformed in Table View (or any other visual):

Hi @magyar,
In your scenario, you can transform the data in Query Editor. Please select those two columns, then click Unpivot Columns.
Then apply the change, drag the column Attribute and Value to the table visual. You can download attached .pbix file to have a look.
