Hi
In the below Image in tooltip if you see Actual TLE show 0 but in trend Line its 0.4 /0.5 like this . Actual TLE column is decimal Value.
Can we manualy edit tool tip value . I dont want to build custom tooltip.

I find different settings to work, just try and you would be able to find:
You can separately adjust data label setting as well as tool tip. I suggest to play with these.

Click on the column (or measure) in your fields pane and make sure it's not formatted with no decimals here.
