Tooltip on a specific column in TABLE visual with Report Page option

Hello everyone,

My requirement is to click on a specific column and a specific value (row) say column number 2 and row number 3 in a table and it should display a tooltip (created in a different page - using report page option). I cannot use matric for my requirements also not a blank text box at the column header as different values in thay column has different values in the tooltip.I know there are many other posts related to this. However I could not find any solution that suit my requirements.

Appreciate any solution or workaround !
