I have a couple of questions regarding the tooltips:
1. Say if you want to hover over a segment of a pie chart or donut chart, how do you get it so the colour coding shows up by the names on the tooltip as well?
2. Can you get the tooltips to show up when hovering over the names of each segment in a graph, or is it limited to the segments themselves?
Solved! Go to Solution.
If you use the default tooltip (auto-generated texts), the color codding is the same for all segments - there is currently no way to conditionally format it. For more flexibility, you can use a page tooltip to match the color of each segment/slice in a donut or pie chart. 1. You will have to create a custom tooltip page with some conditional formatting to apply a colour, but will then need to hard code the colour on your visual to match or conditionally colour where possible
2. Segment only
