Tools Tips on Text Box

I'm trying to create a text box with the title of my report, where users can hover over to get what I have as a table called help text that correlates to that page. I thought about using a card but haven't been able to get just the heading to show while still maintaining the ability for the hover over that would show more information. Is it possible to add tooltips to a text box?

Hi @OraN,

Currently, it is not supported to add tooltips to a textbox, an idea about this issue has been submitted in this link, please vote it up.
