Timeline Visualization - How to create a timeline?

Hi people, I am trying to create a dashboard that contains some visualization similar like this timeline.  I have a table with four type of timestamp in order to show in a timeline. How to create it?

Unless I am mistaken, there are a number of custom visuals for timelines.
