I am making a ACS report and I need to show people who was late. How I can filter only items which is between 9:00 and 10:00?

Create a measure as below:

filter_meaure = IF(HOUR(SELECTEDVALUE('Table'[Time]))=9,1,0)

then apply it to visual filter pane:

@ppl , Try a measure like

calculate(countrows(Table), Filter(Table, Table[time] >= time(9,0,0) && Table[time] <= time(10,0,0)))
