Time Measurements

Hello,

Trying to create some measurements based off quickbase status changes.  Fairly new to DAX and haven't quite found a way to get what I am looking for.

Measurements I am looking for:

Days from created to Assigned to Tech teams

Days from Assigned to Tech teams to Rally

Days from Moved to Rally to closed

I have created date in a single column.

Date Created

4/11/2022 2:23:16 PM

The issue is all of other status changes are a single field (example below).  I can split these based on 1st status/1st status date and so on, but there are status' in the middle of these often so I don't think that process is going to work.   There are other status and they do not always follow this same pattern.

Status History

[APR-19-22 8:11 AM Employee Name ] In Progress

[APR-21-22 8:11 AM Employee Name ] Under Review

[APR-21-22 8:11 AM Employee Name ] C & G Review

[APR-25-22 1:36 PM Employee Name] Assigned to Tech Team

[APR-28-22 1:36 PM Employee Name] Moved to Rally

[APR-30-22 1:36 PM Employee Name]  Closed

Any direction is appreciated.  I'm not sure the best way to look at attacking this.  Thanks!

Hi @Anonymous ,

From the Status History you provided, it is impossible to know how to create AVG from the measurements. what are the criteria for SLA and what type of data is the created avg based on? Is it possible to further describe your requirements and a screenshot of the desired results?

Below is one example of some dummy data.

My desired result is just creating AVGs on the below measurements to determine if SLA's are being reached.  Hope that help.

Days from Assigned to Tech teams to Rally

Days from Moved to Rally to closed
