I can not find a way to color a bar in a bar graph based on performance against a budget. So, if a person has 95% of the budget, his bar = RED if a person is 96-99.99% YELLOW, and if it is 100% or more, the bar has a GREEN color. I KNOW the Divergence option but it does not work for my indicator. There is some way to do this using GRAPHICS. not necessarily using table and matrix.
Help please.!
Would have to understand your data a bit better, but in theory if you created an indicator that categorized people into these buckets, you could just drop it into the legend and then you could control the color that way?
