Sync outlook calendar

Can we sync outlook calendar to power bi table to display the attendance for certain users. Basically display the Employee name and attendance(active or not) for today.

You can use the Exchange Online connector to do that but you will need the credentials of each user.

Okay. What if the calendars are shared? can we access using one credentials to access others calendars too?

Yes, this should be possible. When you initially connect, you enter the mailbox address but you can use Microsoft Authentication to then sign-in with any account to authenticate. So, yes, this should work.
