I can not find a way to color a bar in a bar graph based on performance against a budget. So, if a person has 95% of the budget, his bar = RED if a person is 96-99.99% YELLOW, and if it is 100% or mo...
Would have to understand your data a bit better, but in theory if you created an indicator that categorized people into these buckets, you could just drop it into the legend and then you could control the color that way?
