The loaded file shows column and rows lesser than source (excel)

I have loaded the file into my Power BI app, which had 105,300 rows in excel source. When loaded into Power BI, the number of rows loaded is 105,251. I have checked the Don't summarize option for the Personnel Id and other fields to load the complete data but it is not working. Can some one help me here.

@PhilipTreacy I checked the source datatype and the data values in them. I found some corrupt data the project was receiving from source team. I rectified them and resolved the issue.
