The dashboard user can choose the variables in the table from the page

Here my problem: I have a database segmented by many variables, the goal of my dashboard is that the user can enter, use only the variables that interest him and can download it, since using all applied too much the table and can no longer even be visualized. I thought about making a table by combination of variables but there are too many combinations.

Is there any way for there to be a list or something similar where the user can choose 2 or 3 variables and deploy the table by grouping by those variables?
