Text + line chart visualization

Hi,

I want to create a chart where on the onew side there is text which is accompanied with a line chart which represent a change over the years.

I found the Vitara chart but the data I have is represnted in the following way:

From I know the Vitara chart has a problem to create the line chart as the data point are horizontal and not vertical (its a problem for me to transform the entire data set to fit).

Does any one have any ides what kind of visualization I can use?

Or an idea how to solve the problem?

Ultimately I woul like to represent a name and then the change over the years (2010 - 2021).
