I have a dataset with % value. so i choose clustered column chart.
so here My target is 90% , how to segregate below 90 % and above 90 % with different color.

Thats great dear,
step 1 : select the clustered column chart
step 2 : select max line from analytical tab
step 3: choose column color in visual pane,
step 4: give the below and above % value then choose color.
