I'm struglling to create a table/matrix in Power BI similar to the one below from excel. Would you know how to do it?

If all "accounts" are metrics, you can't put them that way in a visual. You must have a descriptive column with the account values. This need is based on the concept of data modeling and has nothing to do with Power BI.
In Excel you can do this because it is a writing tool that accepts everything.

The budget cannot be in the same column that you have the accounts. In your data model (your table) you will need transform row budget value into a column like the image below. After that you will achieve the matrix in Power BI.

Thanks very much for the quick reply.
In my model, the below are metrics and I can't add them to rows/columns in a matrix. Is there still a way to have something siilar to yours, or bacuse they're measure it won't work?
