Looking for some help to replicate the below calculation in Column C a table/matrix. Column A and Column B are both measures.

How did you get A1,A2,A3 in your sample if A is measure and you didn't contain any row level filter for measure A?

is this table ordered, and if yes, by what? Do you have an index column (row number)? If not, what are the criteria to identify "A3" (for example)
