I have a table visual that list open helpdesk tickets. I would like to click on a ticket in the list then show more detailed data in a form format if possible. I tried editing the interactions of a multirow card with the table. It worked in that it only brought back the one ticket but I can't get it into a readable format with just that tickets data. Any ideas?
My other option would be to add a link the ticketno in the table and bring directly to the helpesk system but I didn't want the users having to go back and forth.

So I actually just created a Web URL field in the table which takes you to directly to the workorder in our Work Order application. It is actually a better solution for us since there is so much information in the Work Order itself.

Use a drillthrough page – best option.
Right-click a ticket in the table → Drillthrough → Ticket Details.
Design that page with fields laid out like a form.
Alternative: use a matrix with field names as rows and values as measures to mimic a form.
👉 Drillthrough = cleanest, native solution.
@hmeltonPSL Can you provide an image of what the multicard visual looks like and what the problem is? Have you tried the new card visual?
