I have a Table visualization, in it i have 3 columns, is there a way for me to have a dropdown slicer with x amount of options(4 this case) so that depending which option is selected will tell the table which column to add?
Hi @Anonymous ,
I recomend you to use bookmark to work on it. If it doesn't meet your requirement, kindly share your sample data and excepted result to me if you don't have any Confidential Information. Please upload your files to One Drive and share the link here.
For some policies i can't upload to one drive, i leave another link for it. In the pictures you can observe the Table and 4 different tables. Let me try and explain my best. you can see how the tables only differ by which column of the table is being added into the tables rows. what i am trying to achieve is to have that 4 tables but only in 1 table. So maybe it can be a dropdown filter with the 4 options or maybe 4 buttons. what this filtering will trigger is to switch in between the 4 types of grouping in the table.

Actually, it is not supported using slicer to meet the exact same requirement as you described. However we can use bookmark to work around. Here we can just Ctrl click the buttons to get different visuals.
For more details, please check the pbix as attached, also you can refer to the online document
@v-frfei-msft thanks, i think that will do for now, im not sure if its the best approach since just hidding visuals means they are still being loaded with information on every slice which takes time.
Do you know if it is possible to use a slicer as the buttons? use a dropdown list to choose between bookmarks?
