Hi Power BI Community,
I need help with formatting a Matrix/Table visual in Power BI for better readability.
Currently, my visual looks cluttered, but my manager wants it to look similar to the Excel format shown below:
Current Table Visual:

Expecting Like:

Any suggestions or best practices would be greatly appreciated!

In this case you need to change the layout of your matrix and on the layout chose tabular mode:

You can handle subtotals in the options and you can define to what level you need them you have it for rows and for columns:
You can select each of the levels and then turn it off has needed.

You need to place the Cluster in the columns of the matrix this will make the levels has you need so you will get the location and years on the rows and the measure will be split by the different columns.

So you can see here that Month and FiscalYearcode are within Location but i want them like this

You can see here it is showing subtotal within like april and its subtotal so this makes the readability and visibility confusion to the user. Is there anyway to remove that subtotal?
