Table Data Export Incomplete in Power BI Desktop

I have a matrix in Power BI and have exported directly off visual, however, I have roughly 4,500 records and only rouhly 1,500 are coming over into Excel when I click on Export option.  I have the Pro Lcense, don't suspect an issue there but I guess there could be,  I read some threads on some improvements coming in the March but would like some assistance now if possible.

as far as i know 30 000 records is the limit,  maybe try a different matrix object or table for the export, or if that doesn't work maybe tryi using a filter to do a few exports to break it up to see if that helps to work around the current issue.    So if you have a grouping that is fully populated without blanks and is doesn't have many categories could try something like that.  Filter them and export each group separately.
