Summing columns in table with multiple dimensions

Is there a way to sum Online and offline columns into a third column called TOTAL MEDIA. Below is a sample image of what needs to be summed. 

The third section will be called Total media summing all the values like show below

@UditJ , Add a column in the table having the column having value offline and online

New column = "Total Media"

and use that in Visual

Or rename Grand total or Sub Total as Total Media

Or create a table with these values

C1	C2
Online	Online
Offline	Offline
Online	Total Media
Offline	Total Media

Join C1 with you column with Many to Many join this new table filter you current table and use C2 from this new table in visual
