Summing a Measure

I have a measure created that returns the values for my quarter 1 retention rates:

How can I create an additional measure that will add the 3 values in the last column and divide by 3?

Do you mean summary last quarter records and get average based on measure result?  If this is a case, can you please share some sample data with measure formulas to help us clarify you scenario?
