Sum Population by year and others parameters

Hi everyone.

I need help. I have a model wiht the parameters on the image.  I want to creat a mesuare that sum the column "poplación" or population by Año (Year) and Departamento (State).  I´ve alrededy wrote a Dax formula "Población = SUM (Dim_Poblaciones[Población] )", when I use that measure on a table it is suming all the population.  I´ve tried using some help from Chatgpt but it didin´t work.  If i make a Dynamic Table on Excel it works perfectly. You can find the model and data on this link: http://bit.ly/3OI2Jwv I would appreciate your help.

@Leonelhr One way to fix this is to switch your relationship between FACT_DATA_CAEE table and Dim_Poblaciones table to bi-directional.
