State save provision

Hello Everyone,

 

I did some selection on the report and but I cannot find save the selection. If I logout the from Power Bi and login again my selection are not there. Again I have to do selections in the report.

 

Save feature based on selection on Power BI is not there if possible we get this feature in up-coming updates this is most important feature for everyone.

    Hi mdaamirkhan,

     

    To my knowledge and as a workaround if you have a specific selection that you need to have for your reports to act as default, you need to filter/select your report in PBI desktop save it with the selection made and upload it to the PBI website, when the users open the reports on the web it will be with the default filtering.

      Client will use the PBI website and from save it with the selection ? how

        If he as writing privildges in the report you can also do it online, editing the report making all the selections and then save it.
