Stacked column, same value

Hi,

I would like to show a stacked column where I can show my Hours (planned hours) + Opportunitieshours (my hours in quote) due function.

The issue is that I can show my (planned) Hours, but my Opportunitieshours aren't right. See image below:

My data is as following:

Table 1 employee

Table2 planning

Table 3: Hours of opportunities

Table 4: Department description: uniqe values (Consultancy)

Table5: same as table 4 with unique values and jobtitledescription
