Hello. I have a table which has a Month-Year column and stored as Text (e.g. May-22). When I use it as the x-axis in my PBI visual, it is sorted alphabetically, so I see the order as: Apr-21, Apr-22, Feb-21, Feb-22, Jan-21, Jan-22, etc.
What's the easiest way to get this sorted and appearing correctly (chronologically) on the x-axis in the visual?
Thanks.

Hello @Anonymous
Create a new column which will be in the following format YYYYMM (e.g. 202201) and the type will be integer.
Sort the dataset by this column
Then select the Month-Year column which is stored as Text from table fields, go to Home Tab --> Column Tools --> Sort by Column and select the newly created column which is integer YYYYMM
This will hopefully do the trick
