Sort matrix visual based on multiple values and hide them

Hello, I have this data source 

and I created a matrix visual for it in power bi desktop

How can I sort based on values of SortValue1 and SortValue2 and not show them in the visual

Currently Matrix Visual does not support sorting by fields that are not in the result set, please consider voting for this idea.
Sort matrix columns by a value not part of a matrix
