Sort by two columns

I have three columns. $ bins (1-10,11-20,etc) is the first column, state is teh second column, and renewal rate is the third. How can I do two sorts, one on the first column, and then another on the second?

I assume you mean in a visual, like a table.  You can only sort on a single column at a time.  You could try sorting the second column first, then sort the first column last and see if that gives you what you want.
