Sort by active projects

I have a MAQ Gantt Chart I have assembled showing all the projects we currently have in progress. Some are planning, some are active, some are review.  This may sound elementary, but how do I sort this column to bring all the active projects to the top?

I'm a little confused about your needs, Could you please explain them further? It would be good to provide a screenshot of the results you are expecting and desensitized example data.
