How do you sort the month in a date hiearchy?
I have a month abbreviation sort column. My table is sorted by DateKey.
It would be nice to set MonthAbbr sort by MonthNumberOfYear just like I would in SSAS.
I don't want to mess up my DateKey Sort as the default on the table.
Solved! Go to Solution.
I found the answer. In the modeling, click the column and use the Sort By Column button and select the sorting columns.
I also want to be able to do this:
Months by Year.
Is there a way to have 2 hierarchies sort in different ways.
I found the answer. In the modeling, click the column and use the Sort By Column button and select the sorting columns.
