Ask a question disabled

Hi, everyone

 

Does anyone know why 'ask a question' button could be disabled in Power BI Desktop?.

 

I have get data from Odata Site....

    Hi Angel 

    When i connect to odata source using "Odata feed" according to this article, i can see "ask a question" enabled.

    Please check connection type you have, if you connect to sources with live connection, "ask a question" is disabled by default.

      Hi, v-juanli-msft 

       

      You are right. Ask a question  is enabled if I get from ODATA feed and is a new Power BI File.

       

      However, it seems the feature is disabled with Power BI Files created in earlier versions before Q&A was launched.

       

      Does anyone know if Am I right?
