I am using a matrix that then has a gradient conditional formatting to show the percentage of tracked time towards the practice by my staff.
The problem I am running into, when using my Practices/Specialty Table that has the Key, Practice/Specialties and is a relationship to the AllRegions Table column Practices/Specialty this is a one to many relationship, is that my staff have entries where they selected more than 1 practice specialty.
I am newer to PowerBi and Dax so I am happy to restructure table but looking for any assistance.
I am currently working on updating my tables to dim and fact. I'll update soon.
