I have a date slicer and want to capture the min and max dates to create a histogram. But can't figure out how to store the min and max date values to use in the calculated table to create the histogram frequency counts.
Any help would be much appriecated!
@CoreyP I am trying to acheieve the below histogram:
My data for weekly frequency count is:
Start of Week Date, employeeid, office, Visit count for this week
I have a date slicer where hte end user selects a date range based on a date calender that includes start of week date. I am looking fo a way the date slicer can filter the weekly frequency table from slicer or filter the table within the summarize function that I use to create a calculated table to get the group by calcs to create the hisotgram. For reference, I use to have a fixed date range so it was easier to create but now I have to let the end user select the date range.
Can you explain a bit more what you're hoping to achieve? An example or screenshot(s) would be helpful. I'm not quite sure I understand entirely.
