Hi Guys,
I hava a report with several pages, however on this particular page I have 2 charts. Chart A is a table (shows supplier ID, supplier, name, supplier address) and Chart B is a KPI that shows the number of suppliers in chart A.
When I filter by country however, Chart A gets updated but Chart B (i.e. the KPI) remails the same, yet when I hover the cursor on the Chart B it shows me that the selected country is affecting the visual.
Does anyone understand this problem? Thanks guys!
Hi @Anonymous ,
Without a sample of your file is difficult to give an explanation however in some cases this is due to filters on the visualization it self (check the filter pane), if it's a measure please check if you are not using ALL or ALLSELECTED that removes the filter context, also check the interactions between the slicer and the KPI card.
As refered only by description I cannot give you much more insights.
Regards
Miguel Félix
