Slicer to default to Previous Month -Year

Hi All,

           Need your help and support in getting the slicer defaulted to previous month-year if nothing is selected from the slicer. slicer should be defaulted to last completed month with current year. for example it should show as 2023-july in august as july is the completed month

Could somebody please help me on this.
