Is there any possibility to bring the slicer dropdown visubility as follows?
When i drop year field in the slicer, i am getting the slicer dropdown as shown below.
But, I wanna show it as the first image.

So you want to implement from Figure 1 to Figure 2, in order to avoid selecting a year by default.
Solution:
Click on the slicer, under the selection control options turn off Single select and turn on Multi-select with CTRL
This way you won't get the default selection value and you select the value directly on the slicer, the slicer will be Single-select.
Result:

Have you tried enabling single selection for a slicer ? go to format Visual-> slicer settings->selection and enable single selection.

As per my understanding you cannot format a slicer in this way. You can add an idea for this :Ideas (powerbi.com)
Alternatively you can also try using https://okviz.com/smart-filter/ custom visual.
