I am trying to use Power BI to find Surgical volumes based on procedure. Sometimes this is needed before coding is done. However, sometimes procedures are secondary and not primary etc. I have my Procedures that were documented, so for example I need to look up total procedure volume for a CABG (coronary artery bypass grafting) So I type in "Coronary artery bypass graft" and hundreds of documented procedures populate. So without clicking every box holding down CTRL is there a faster way? I chose to have "Select All" as an option for my slicer but it doesn't work.

Hello @LT_Maverick ,
there's a slicer called Text slicer as in the screenshot below, if you write a word in it and click enter then it will filter every record that has this word, \i think this will help you in your case.

Hello,Idrissshatila, thanks for your concern about this issue.
Your answer is excellent!
And I would like to share some additional solutions below.
Hi,@LT_Maverick .I am glad to help you.
I'll make some additions below, with Text Slicer as a newly launched feature. If you want to use it, you need to enable the “Preview” feature in Power BI Desktop.
Introducing the new text slicer in Power BI - Microsoft Fabric Community
I hope my suggestions give you good ideas, if you have any more questions, please clarify in a follow-up reply.
